Article and Blog Post Guidelines
  • Anyone 18 years or older is invited to submit to the "SocialPosts.com" website.

  • Submissions are free and normally added to the website within 72 hours.

  • The articles or blog posts that you submit must be your own work.

  • If you are concerned about how your postings may be used, please provide contact information in the "About this Social Poster" section so that prospective users and/or publishers are able to reach you with questions.

  • You grant "SocialPosts.com" the right to display your article or blog post anywhere throughout the website.

  • You must agree to let your article or blog post be rated and commented on.

  • You understand that you will not receive any financial compenstation of any kind from "SocialPosts.com".

  • Articles and blog posts must be checked for spelling and grammatical errors prior to submitting to "SocialPosts.com".

  • Articles and blog posts must not contain profanity, pornography, hate, violence, or intolerance of an individual or group.

  • The "Title" section must contain a minimum of 2 words and a maximum of 150 characters. It cannot contain all caps or the capitalization of the first letter of each word.

  • The "Body" section must contain a minimum of 250 words and a maximum of 3,000 words.

  • You may request to add photos to your submissions by contacting us here.

  • Only the following HTML tags are allowed in the "Body" section:

  • The "About this Social Poster" section may contain a maximum of 100 words.

  • You may include up to 3 hyperlinks in the "About this Social Poster" section only. These links must be directed to sites that you own or are closely associated with. You can link to a website or blog that you run. You can also link to a social network site that you belong to, such as MySpace, Facebook, or Twitter. They must not be affilate links of any kind.

  • Editors of "SocialPosts.com" have the right edit your article or blog post if it does not conform to these guidelines.

  • "SocialPosts.com" reserves the right to reject an article submission or delete the submission for any reason at any given time.

To Publishers:

If you are interested in publishing articles or other posts found on "SocialPosts.com" please contact the social poster to notify him/her of your intentions and to confirm that the posting is indeed free content.


To Advertisers:
  • All site listings are approved on a first come first served basis.

  • No adult sites, hate sites, hack sites, casino sites, or pharmacy sites allowed.

  • All prices are in US dollars.

  • All payments are on a recurring basis and made through PayPal.

  • All site submissions must be in English. If your site is in another language that is fine but the form must be submitted with english translation.

  • "SocialPosts.com" reserves the right to refuse or change any advertising request and/or cancel advertising at any time and for any reason.

  • "SocialPosts.com" does not make any guarantees in way of traffic or usage.

  • The owners of "SocialPosts.com" cannot and shall not be held liable for any late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible correspondence; telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions or difficulties of any kind; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent permitted by law; or anything else beyond our control.
